Alex's  Foreskin restoration touch up surgery
This page will feature Alex's who has finished his restoring journey and had a rare "touch up surgery" done.  Since there is not much information on this surgery at all online I felt it was important to show it.

This is an uncommon procedure to have done after restoration. This is something that some men choose to do to make their new restored foreskin look as natural as possible if they are not fully satisfied with the results.
This is a brief description of what the surgeon was intending on doing
"known patient with the undersigned as previously circumcised and has operated tissue expanding to create more foreskin, and has regained much foreskin, but this is too loose, according to himself. We do this by a reverse wedge mirror. Wash clean, local infiltration anesthesia and pull the foreskin back. Going as pointed out from the base of the frenulum and showed point approximately in the middle of which will be the edge of the frenulum and forth and tip into the appropriate level. Removes excess foreskin. Bleedings be coagulated and sew it together with interrupted sutures. Trialling and see that it has been tightened in the circumference of the foreskin. Brulidine bandage."
Above is a basic idea on what is done, skin is removed in a wedge and sewn together. The cost of this operation was about $900.
"today was the day I've waited for long time. The touch up surgery has been performed, and I'm back from the hospital.  First I got injection of marcaine and xylocaine solution, local anaestetics.
The touch up procedure is a cone-plasty method.
The total heal time would be about six months. During the first few weeks there was swelling as with any surgery, and as time goes on the scar tissue will be more pliable.
This picture was taken after a few days from the initial procedure.
He used small strips of medical tape as a kind of butterfly bandage so that the stitching would not get much pressure especially during nocturnal erections that would happen when he was sleeping. After the stitches came out and the skin healed the use of the tape was no longer needed.
Fast forwarding to approximately 4 months of healing.
With the skin rolled back you can see the scar line shown in this picture
With the skin forward and covering the glans nicely it would be hard for anyone to distinguish whether he was ever circumcised.
As the healing process continued and swelling went down the results continue to be better.
Here we can see the scar line left by the touchup surgery.
The v-plasty touch up surgery is talk about online but very seldom is there any information or pictures of the progress.
Alex was first of all the surgery turned out he was still not satisfied and wanted perfection. After letting everything healed and waiting another six months he decided to do another surgery called the "purse string"
Alex decided to do a touchup surgery called V plasty, although touchup surgeries are normally not done by most individuals that restore some guys do choose to do them. Information online is very scarce to say the least on these procedures. Most times touchup surgeries are not needed but they do offer a faster way to achieve a tighter tip at the end of the foreskin for some individuals.Especially if somebody is looking to have fully erect coverage that stays over the glands all by itself.
